Readying Michigan to Make Good Energy Decisions

This white paper summarizes issues legislators should consider in making good energy decisions, and builds off research developed by the Institute for Energy Innovation (IEI) during the recently completed data gathering process called for in Governor Snyder’s November 2012 energy message.
