In Michigan, Invenergy has completed development of nine sustainable energy projects, six of which are now operating, that amounts to generation capacity totally 1,400 MW. The company invests more than $14.4 million annually in local taxes, land costs and lease payments, and project-generated wages and benefits and is pursuing additional opportunities in the state.
